Paul A. Castrucci is a Registered Architect with over thirty years of experience in architectural design, planning, and construction across New York State and New Jersey. His work spans everything from interior finishes to historic preservation for low-income communities, government agencies, and private residences.

A pioneer in Passive House design in New York City, Paul led the creation of the city's first Passive House Net Zero building, the R-951 Residence. His architectural philosophy emphasizes the importance of designing buildings that resonate with their cultural context while prioritizing sustainable materials and energy efficiency. Paul is a staunch advocate for energy-responsible design, championing buildings that harness renewable energy through passive and active solar heating, geothermal systems, photovoltaic generation, and natural lighting and ventilation. His commitment to sustainability and thoughtful design has established him as a leader in the field and a forward-thinker in the future of architecture.
